Appointments that go over time will be charged at 15-minute intervals

$50 cancellation fee applies to 1 hour appointments and a 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments beyond 1 hour.

A cancellation fee will apply if notice is not given prior to 5.30pm of day before said appointment.

No show visits will incur full fee payments.

If you request cancellation of an appointment 24hrs notice is requested, allowing ample time to slot another client into that appointment.

HOCATT PACKAGES

Packages cannot be exchanged for any other services. Packages are for 1 person use only.

Packages will not be extended if not used in the required time frame without the additional charges equivalent of the standard treatment cost.

No show appointments will result in the loss of that treatment from the total figure remaining within the package.

Cancellations or change of appointment must be made prior 5.30 the business day prior, otherwise it will be classed as a no show appointment.
